It has a very nice location, very high prices and poor service. We were there in May, hopefully it will improve as the season progresses.

Our experience this year the same Jane. We used to enjoy sitting having a drink and enjoying the scenery when it was a "tea room" last year.

The tea room was lovely, well worth the trek.

If prices are high and service poor then I'm afraid that that, along with the location, may mean it will be a short lived venture.

Is the franchise still owned by the guy who has the Spica?
